An accomplished Structural & Civil Engineer with over 30 years’ experience working in the Civil and Structural Engineering Industry and delivering design and construction supervision, systems engineering, asset management, rail and airport infrastructure and systems as well as operational resilience consultancy services. Tim is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of The Institution of Structural Engineers and has been a Member of Institution of Civil Engineers and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers since 1997. Tim is also a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology to keep abreast of the latest and future technological opportunities for clients, with particular focus on industrial, rail and airports infrastructure and systems.

Tim has been involved in many infrastructure and aviation projects in Asia, UK, Europe, ME, and Africa including power and industrial facilities, national railways, airports, highways, telecoms and energy generation and transmission infrastructure, bridges, and tunnels. With the multi-disciplinary nature of these civil, structural and infrastructure projects, Tim has gained extensive experience on projects globally. He sits on the WSP Global Aviation and Resilience panels supporting regional strategy, low-carbon technical advisory and operational consultancy services across several sectors.
