Lye Teck oversees CAG’s safety and security functions including airport safety, aviation & airport security, airport rescue & fire fighting and cybersecurity.

He was previously EVP, Airport Management in the Changi Airport Group (CAG) until December 2022.  Before CAG, he was in the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), performing various technical and management roles including in air traffic management, IT, air cargo, airworthiness & flight operations, safety investigations, airport management, commercial and airport development.  He was Deputy DG of CAAS before joining CAG when it was formed in July 2009.

Lye Teck has an aeronautical engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC), France, and a master’s degree in management from Stanford University.
