Angela Ng is Director of the Aviation Industry division at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Her role is to drive and shape the industry transformation roadmap for the air transport sector including air cargo, focusing on innovations to catalyse productivity and capability development, promoting resilience, and championing jobs and skills initiatives for the air transport workforce. 

She has held wide-ranging and diverse roles in the nexus between public policy and aviation, including being part of the lobbying team for Singapore’s successful candidature for a seat on the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 2016, international airspace policy and negotiations, and aviation safety policy and planning. 

Angela holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University and a double Master of Science in Public Policy and Human Development from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and the United Nations University - MERIT in the Netherlands.
